The team is seeking a highly skilled Senior Front-End Engineer specializing in Design Systems to support a long-term remote digital transformation project. This role is focused on hands-on engineering work, particularly in building scalable component libraries and enterprise design systems. It is essential that candidates have a strong background in front-end development rather than a primary focus on visual or UX design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build reusable, production-ready components using React and TypeScript.
- Develop and maintain design systems that enhance user experience and ensure consistency across applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement design standards and best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
- Troubleshoot and optimize application performance to ensure high-quality user experiences.
