The team is seeking a Senior Flutter Engineer to join their team in Mangaluru, Karnataka. This role is integral to the delivery process, where small, senior pods manage client outcomes from start to finish, including scope, architecture, delivery, quality, and production. As AI coding agents play a significant role in the workflow, the focus of this position will be on transforming ambiguous business problems into actionable specifications and architectural designs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship high-quality applications.
- Decompose complex business requirements into clear and actionable development tasks.
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of Flutter applications.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on best practices in Flutter development.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Flutter development with a strong portfolio of applications.
- Proficiency in Dart programming language.
- Solid understanding of mobile application architecture and design patterns.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.
- Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years focused on Flutter.
