The team is seeking a Senior Financial Data Analyst to focus on the accounting, financial planning, reporting, and analysis of financial management information and operating metrics for the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of financial data to drive strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct data analysis, variance analysis, and competitive data analysis to provide insights on financial performance.
- Assist with project management by assessing reporting needs and determining data and reporting requirements.
- Write policies and procedures to enhance reporting processes and ensure compliance.
- Implement systems and processes that improve data accuracy and reporting efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business problems and provide data-driven solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in financial data analysis with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau.
- Excellent business acumen and ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present findings to stakeholders.
