The team is seeking a Senior Enterprise Technology Engineer specializing in Salesforce to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce platforms and a strong background in technical solution design and delivery within Agile frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement technical solutions on Salesforce platforms, focusing on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and RLM.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions in a complex, multi-domain environment.
- Develop and maintain effective technical documentation to support project requirements and solutions.
- Engage in Agile methodologies to ensure timely delivery of projects and enhancements.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8-12 years of professional development experience with Salesforce platforms.
- Minimum of 3 years of expertise in technical solution design and delivery.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud; familiarity with Service Cloud, CPQ, and RLM is a plus.
- Proven ability to work effectively in large, complex environments.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to document technical processes clearly.
