About this role
We are seeking a highly versatile Senior Enterprise Technology Engineer to support a critical Trade Compliance transaction monitoring platform within the team organization. This is a hands-on, multi-disciplinary role that encompasses business analysis, test leadership, and platform/infrastructure support. The successful candidate will take ownership across the full delivery lifecycle, translating regulatory and surveillance requirements into actionable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Lead testing efforts to ensure platform reliability and compliance.
- Provide technical support for platform and infrastructure issues.
- Develop and implement solutions that meet regulatory standards.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables effectively.
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in enterprise technology engineering or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of trade compliance regulations and transaction monitoring processes.
- Proficiency in relevant technologies and tools (e.g., cloud platforms, databases).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
