Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in software engineering and team leadership, particularly in marketplace or e-commerce environments.
- Strong proficiency in technologies such as Java, Python, or Ruby, along with experience in cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in engineering management or a similar role.
