Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in engineering management, with a focus on software development and systems architecture.
- Strong background in data storage technologies and cloud computing.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Experience working in agile development environments.
Experience:
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in engineering roles, with at least 3 years in a management position.
