About this role
We are seeking an experienced and technically strong Senior Engineering Manager to lead high-performing engineering teams building scalable, secure, and cloud-native data services. This leader will drive execution across distributed systems, data infrastructure, platform services, and cloud technologies while partnering closely with Product Management, Architecture, Support, and Customer teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor engineering teams to deliver high-quality data services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement product roadmaps.
- Ensure the scalability and security of cloud-native solutions.
- Oversee the design and architecture of data infrastructure and platform services.
- Drive best practices in software development and engineering processes.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in engineering management, particularly in data services.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud technologies.
- Familiarity with data infrastructure and platform service development.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in relevant technologies and tools related to data services.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years in engineering management or a related role.
