The team is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager with expertise in C#/.NET, AI, and Oracle/JDE ERP systems. This role is pivotal in leading engineering teams to develop innovative solutions that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial reporting and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers in the design, development, and implementation of software solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver high-quality products.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in software development, including coding standards, testing, and deployment processes.
- Oversee the integration of AI technologies into existing systems to improve data processing and analytics capabilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in C# and .NET framework.
- Experience with AI technologies and their application in software development.
- Familiarity with Oracle and JDE ERP systems.

Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in software engineering and team management.
