The team is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead multiple engineering teams in Bengaluru. This full-time role requires a strategic leader who can drive engineering initiatives and ensure the successful delivery of scalable products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor Engineering Managers, Tech Leads, and senior engineers to foster a high-performance culture.
- Drive engineering strategy and execution excellence across various projects.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Data, Security, and business stakeholders to align engineering efforts with business goals.
- Guide architectural decisions related to distributed systems, APIs, microservices, and cloud-native platforms.
- Establish engineering best practices and improve team processes to enhance productivity and quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing engineering teams and driving technical projects.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, distributed systems, and cloud technologies.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
Experience:
- Minimum of 9 years in engineering management or related roles.
