About this role
The team is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to lead the development of their cloud-based Network Management System (NMS) platform. This role involves building sophisticated web applications and mobile interfaces that enable enterprise customers to monitor, configure, and manage their network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and WiFi access points at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable web applications for network device management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and fix bottlenecks and bugs in existing applications.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain high coding standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in full stack development with proficiency in technologies such as JavaScript, React, Node.js, and RESTful APIs.
- Strong understanding of cloud services, particularly AWS.
- Experience with database systems such as MySQL or MongoDB.
- Familiarity with mobile application development is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant software development experience, with a focus on full stack engineering.
