The team is seeking a Senior Engineer specializing in IAM and Microsoft 365 Security. This role involves developing and implementing security strategies, designing secure solutions, and managing the ongoing operations and maintenance of the Office 365 environment and IAM systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement security strategies for Office 365 and IAM systems.
- Design secure solutions that align with best practices and organizational goals.
- Manage the ongoing operations and maintenance of the Office 365 environment.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure robust security protocols are in place.
- Monitor and assess security threats and vulnerabilities within the IAM framework.
- Provide guidance and training to team members on IAM principles and Office 365 security features.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Deep understanding of Office 365 security features and IAM principles.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing security solutions.
- Strong knowledge of best practices in security management.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in security engineering, specifically with Office 365 and IAM systems.
