The team is seeking a Senior Engineer - Full Stack to join their dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving the software development and platform engineering efforts that have contributed to the success and growth of their platform and data businesses. You will collaborate closely with a cross-functional team that includes business heads, product managers, credit risk experts, data scientists, and technologists to design and build a leading financial inclusion platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using modern technologies.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices are followed across the development team.
- Work on both front-end and back-end development tasks, ensuring seamless integration.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to enhance performance and user experience.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve the platform.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficient in front-end technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Strong experience with back-end technologies including Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Familiarity with database management systems like SQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL.
- Experience with cloud services, preferably AWS or Azure.
- Understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in full-stack development.
