About this role
The team is seeking a Senior Engineer - Cloud to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and enhancing internal applications, collaborating with team members on third-party applications, and assisting in infrastructure development and maintenance. You will also conduct infrastructure design reviews and communicate progress on your work effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn and support internal applications developed in Java and Python.
- Collaborate with the team to support third-party applications.
- Communicate work progress and updates to stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of infrastructure.
- Perform infrastructure design reviews to ensure best practices are followed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer/Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong programming skills in Java and experience with database management.
- Familiarity with Python and its application in cloud environments.
- Experience in customer support and a customer-focused mindset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in cloud engineering or a related field.
