About this role
The team is currently seeking a Senior Endpoint Security Engineer to join their global Security team. This is a hands-on role that requires a broad, high level of technical expertise with a focus on endpoint security. The Senior Endpoint Security Engineer will work closely with various groups within the organization to design, deploy, and configure technical controls to protect endpoints. This individual will play a critical role in driving the endpoint security strategy and will be a key contributor to several critical projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement endpoint security solutions to protect organizational assets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess security needs and develop appropriate controls.
- Monitor and respond to security incidents related to endpoint vulnerabilities.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate identified risks.
- Stay updated on the latest security threats and trends to enhance endpoint security measures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in endpoint security, with a strong understanding of security frameworks and best practices.
- Proficiency in security tools and technologies such as EDR, antivirus, and endpoint protection platforms.
- Experience with scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for automation and integration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on endpoint security.
