About this role
The team is seeking an experienced and collaborative Senior DevOps Engineer to join their DevOps team. In this role, you will help improve the resilience and performance of the Arbor platform, enabling the business to rapidly scale. You will focus on using metrics and tooling to collaborate with the solution architect and engineering teams to continuously fix and/or improve the architecture, infrastructure, and workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and reliability.
- Utilize metrics and monitoring tools to identify areas for improvement in the infrastructure.
- Implement automation tools and frameworks to streamline operations.
- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to the design of scalable systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, test, and production environments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Proficiency in scripting and programming languages like Python, Bash, or Ruby.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and practices.
- Knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
Experience:
- A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in DevOps or related fields is required.
