The team is seeking a Senior Developer specializing in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to join their dynamic team. This role is essential for driving automation initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and streamline processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and define project requirements.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of RPA workflows to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Monitor and maintain existing automation solutions, providing ongoing support and enhancements as needed.
- Document processes, workflows, and technical specifications to ensure knowledge transfer and compliance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in RPA development with a strong understanding of automation frameworks.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C#, or Java.
- Familiarity with process mapping and analysis tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in software development, with a focus on RPA.
