The team is seeking a Senior Developer specializing in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to join their dynamic team in Navi Mumbai. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing RPA solutions to enhance operational efficiency and drive automation initiatives across various business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and gather requirements.
- Design, develop, and test RPA solutions using tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
- Optimize and maintain existing RPA workflows to ensure high performance and reliability.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for RPA applications.
- Document processes, including design specifications and user manuals.
- Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices in RPA development.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in RPA development with a strong understanding of automation tools.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Java, or Python.
- Experience with process mapping and analysis techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in software development, with a focus on RPA.
