We are seeking a Senior Developer ERP to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP systems, with a focus on development and implementation. You will play a key role in optimizing our ERP solutions to meet business objectives and support various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement ERP solutions tailored to business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Optimize existing ERP systems for improved performance and user experience.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ERP applications and integrations.
- Provide training and support to end-users to enhance system utilization.
- Stay updated with the latest ERP technologies and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in ERP development and implementation.
- Proficiency in ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
- Experience with database management systems like SQL Server or Oracle.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
