About this role
The team is seeking a Senior Developer with expertise in GLOSS implementation to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in capital markets and post-trade processing, playing a crucial role in the implementation, configuration, integration, testing, and rollout of the Broadridge GLOSS (Global Settlement System) platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, operations teams, and technology teams to understand requirements and ensure successful project delivery.
- Onboard clients and configure business workflows to meet their needs.
- Support system integrations and troubleshoot any issues that arise during implementation.
- Conduct thorough testing of the GLOSS platform to ensure functionality and performance.
- Work closely with custodians and Broadridge Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to facilitate smooth migrations and implementations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in GLOSS implementation within the capital markets sector.
- Strong understanding of post-trade processing and settlement systems.
- Proficient in system configuration and integration techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
