The team is seeking a Senior Data Scientist Lead specializing in Credit Risk and Analytics. In this role, you will lead and mentor a team of data scientists and analysts, guiding them to foster their growth and expertise in the field.
Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in data science, particularly in credit risk and analytics.
- Strong proficiency in statistical analysis and machine learning techniques.
- Experience with data visualization tools and frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R, and data manipulation tools.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in data science or analytics roles.
