The team is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join their GBS Commercial team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in data science to drive insights and support strategic decision-making. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that enhance business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategies.
- Develop predictive models and algorithms to support various commercial initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business problems and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the development of best practices within the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in data science, statistics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Familiarity with machine learning techniques and frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in data science or analytics roles.
