About this role
The team is seeking a highly skilled, execution-focused Senior Data Scientist with a minimum of 5 years of experience. This 6-month contract role demands hands-on expertise in building, deploying, and optimizing machine learning models at scale, while working with big data technologies and modern cloud platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive data-driven solutions from experimentation to production.
- Build and optimize machine learning models using advanced tools and frameworks.
- Work with big data technologies such as Spark and SQL.
- Leverage cloud platforms, particularly AWS, for model deployment and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into data science projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Strong experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries.
- Familiarity with big data technologies, specifically Spark.
- Experience with cloud platforms, especially AWS.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in data science or related fields.
