The team is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will work alongside consulting teams and partners, engaging directly with global clients to understand their business challenges and deliver data-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with consulting teams to identify and analyze client needs.
- Explore large-scale data sets and develop models to address core business problems.
- Work with partners and principals to shape proposals that highlight data science and analytics capabilities.
- Explain, refine, and craft model insights and architecture to guide stakeholders through the model-building process.
- Present findings and recommendations to clients in a clear and impactful manner.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in data science, with a strong background in statistical analysis and machine learning.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and experience with data visualization tools.
- Familiarity with big data technologies like Hadoop or Spark is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in data science or analytics roles.
