The team is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join their Corporate Office in Chennai. This role is designed for a seasoned professional who will lead the Data Science team and drive the development of data-driven solutions across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and scale enterprise-wide data science and AI capabilities.
- Act as a bridge between manufacturing operations and advanced analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive business solutions.
- Design and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
- Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and support decision-making.
- Mentor and guide junior data scientists and analysts in their professional development.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Data Science, Advanced Analytics, or AI, with a minimum of 5 years in a relevant role.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, Scikit-learn).
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience: 5-8 years in Data Science or related fields.
