The team is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join their Digital Products team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and architectures that support the development of digital products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and availability for analytics and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement robust data pipelines to support data ingestion and processing.
- Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to understand data requirements and provide necessary data solutions.
- Optimize data storage and retrieval processes to enhance performance and efficiency.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data systems to ensure reliability and performance.
- Establish best practices for data management and governance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in data engineering or a related role.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with NoSQL databases.
- Strong knowledge of data warehousing solutions and ETL processes.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or Java.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
