About this role
The team is seeking an experienced Senior Data Engineer with a strong background in designing, developing, and managing modern data platforms, data pipelines, and cloud-based analytics solutions. This role is fully remote and offers a permanent, full-time position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable data architectures and data models.
- Develop and maintain ETL/ELT processes to ensure data quality and availability.
- Manage and optimize data pipelines for large-scale data processing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver analytics solutions.
- Utilize Azure Data Services for cloud-based data solutions.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data systems to ensure high performance and reliability.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in Azure Data Services and cloud-native data architectures.
- Extensive experience with data warehousing and large-scale data processing.
- Proficiency in ETL/ELT frameworks and tools.
- Solid understanding of data modeling and data governance principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- 8-10 years of experience in data engineering or related fields.
