The team is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining robust and scalable data pipeline architectures that support the organization's data needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain robust and scalable data pipeline architectures.
- Assemble large, complex datasets that meet both functional and non-functional business requirements.
- Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements, including automation of manual workflows.
- Optimize data delivery and re-architect infrastructure for greater scalability and reliability.
- Design, build, and optimize ETL infrastructure to ensure efficient data processing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in data pipeline and ETL technologies.
- Experience with big data tools such as Hadoop, Spark, or similar frameworks.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience: 5-8 years in data engineering or related fields.
