The team is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining data models that define the structure, relationships, and constraints of data within the enterprise data model. This role involves creating and implementing data pipelines and ETL processes to move and transform data from various sources into data storage solutions like data warehouses or data lakes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain robust data models to support business needs.
- Create and implement efficient ETL processes for data integration.
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of data throughout the ETL process.
- Optimize ETL processes for performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with data modeling and ETL processes.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data warehousing solutions.
- Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark is a plus.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of experience in data engineering or related fields.
