The team is a leading SME digital finance platform in Southeast Asia, seeking a Senior Data Analyst specializing in Portfolio & Risk Analytics. This role is crucial in supporting data-driven decision-making processes to enhance business financing solutions for small and medium-sized enterprises.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets related to portfolio performance and risk metrics.
- Develop and maintain risk models to assess credit risk and portfolio quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and improve data collection processes.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Monitor and evaluate portfolio performance and provide actionable insights to optimize business strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data analysis, preferably within the finance or fintech sector.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python, or R.
- Strong understanding of risk analytics and portfolio management principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in data analysis or risk analytics.
