The team is seeking a Senior Data Analyst specializing in People Insights to join their innovative team. In this role, you will leverage data analytics to drive strategic decisions related to workforce management and employee engagement. You will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets, generating insights, and presenting findings to stakeholders to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends and patterns related to employee performance and satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights for HR and leadership teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
- Utilize statistical methods and tools to conduct predictive modeling and workforce planning.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and impactful manner.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Human Resources, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- 5-8 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within an HR or organizational development context.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and statistical software (e.g., R, Python).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting to senior management.
