The team is a leading cloud-based platform provider for the mortgage finance industry. They enable lenders to originate more loans, reduce origination costs, and minimize the time to close, all while ensuring the highest levels of compliance, quality, and efficiency. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Data Analyst to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, develop reports, and support strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and clean large datasets from various sources.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with teams to understand data needs and provide analytical support.
- Present findings and recommendations to management and other stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Python for data analysis and manipulation.
- Strong experience with SQL and database management.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
