The team is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join their dynamic team in Chennai. This role offers the opportunity to deliver quality solutions to global customers in a hybrid work environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong data analytics expertise and be proficient in tools such as Power BI, ServiceNow, Python, SQL, and PostgreSQL.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage Business Intelligence (BI) solutions to meet business needs.
- Create comprehensive reports and dashboards to visualize data insights.
- Ensure effective communication of data-driven strategies to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in data analytics and BI tools, particularly Power BI and ServiceNow.
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with SQL and PostgreSQL.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present data findings clearly.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in data analysis and BI.
