The team is seeking a sharp, hands-on Senior Data Analyst to join their growing analytics team embedded at a client office in Bangalore. In this role, you will work at the intersection of data, insight, and storytelling, turning raw data into actionable business decisions through rigorous analysis and compelling visualizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end analysis workflows, from data extraction and transformation to insight delivery.
- Write clean, optimized SQL queries for segmentation, funnel analysis, and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and provide data-driven solutions.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports that effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support strategic initiatives and decision-making processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
- Excellent storytelling abilities with a knack for translating complex data into clear insights.
- Experience with data manipulation and transformation using tools like Python or R is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of experience in data analysis or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering insights that drive business impact.
