About this role
The team is seeking a skilled and proactive Senior Data Analyst to take ownership of multiple designated client accounts. This role involves applying analytics and visualization techniques to drive better business decision-making while independently managing client interactions and expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand client briefs and translate them into actionable tasks and analysis steps.
- Deliver insights and results back to clients independently, ensuring clarity and relevance.
- Design solutions to integrate with various downstream systems and processes.
- Utilize data visualization tools to present findings in an accessible manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data-driven decision-making.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of implemented solutions and make recommendations for improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in data analysis and visualization, with a strong understanding of analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data manipulation and extraction.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively manage client relationships.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and modeling techniques is a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
