The team is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join their dynamic team in Hyderabad. This role is critical as the company expands its operations across GCC and the US, focusing on enhancing their Finance & Planning department. The ideal candidate will leverage data to drive strategic decisions and improve business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven strategies for payroll, compensation planning, budgeting, and workforce forecasting.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy by implementing best practices in data management.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management in a clear and concise manner.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a SaaS or HR-Tech environment.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in SQL and Excel.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
