The team is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join their team in Bangalore on a hybrid basis. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in data analytics to drive business insights and support decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategies.
- Write and optimize advanced SQL queries to extract and manipulate data efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Conduct experimentation and A/B testing to evaluate the impact of business initiatives.
- Prepare and present findings to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and actionable recommendations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, with a strong ability to write and optimize complex queries.
- Demonstrated experience in business analysis and solving problems through data-driven insights.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a passion for data.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in a business environment.
