The team is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Awareness & Training Consultant to lead and manage cybersecurity awareness initiatives and employee education programs. This role is crucial in fostering a strong security culture within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and manage cybersecurity awareness programs across the organization.
- Analyze the effectiveness of training initiatives and make necessary adjustments.
- Support and coordinate phishing simulations to enhance employee awareness.
- Develop engaging security communication materials to promote best practices.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure a comprehensive understanding of cybersecurity policies.
- Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends and threats to inform training content.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in cybersecurity awareness and training, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to create engaging training materials and programs.
- Experience with evaluating training effectiveness and adapting strategies accordingly.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity awareness and training.
