The team is seeking a Senior Consultant specializing in ERP and Digital Transformation to join their team in Bangalore. This role will involve working closely with various stakeholders to implement effective ERP solutions and drive digital transformation initiatives that create significant social impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead ERP implementation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and execute digital transformation strategies that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices for ERP systems and digital tools.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for client teams to ensure successful adoption of new systems.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 5-8 years of experience in ERP consulting and digital transformation projects.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Proficiency in digital tools and technologies that support business transformation.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
