About this role
The team is seeking a Senior Consultant to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will participate in all aspects of agile software development, including design, implementation, and deployment. You will be responsible for designing client-side and server-side architecture, building the front-end of applications with appealing visual design, and developing and managing well-functioning databases and applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write effective APIs to facilitate communication between services.
- Architect and provide guidance on building end-to-end systems optimized for speed and scale.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of various components.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance system performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Ruby, Java/JRuby, React, and JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of database management and architecture.
- Experience with agile methodologies and software development life cycle.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years in software development or consulting roles, with a focus on modern web technologies.
