About this role
The team is seeking a Senior Cloud Specialist to join their team remotely in India. The Senior Cloud Specialist will play a critical role in responding to and resolving cases from customers, partners, and the services team. This position requires independent management of incidents and service requests, along with troubleshooting complex cloud issues. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally within various cloud environments and serve as a trusted advisor and escalation resource.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to and resolve customer and partner cases efficiently.
- Manage incidents and service requests independently.
- Troubleshoot complex issues in cloud environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery.
- Drive proactive improvements to cloud services and processes.
- Serve as an escalation resource for challenging technical issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving cloud-related issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with scripting or automation tools is a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in cloud services and support.
