About this role
The team is seeking a Senior Clinical Programmer with expertise in Medidata RAVE EDC to join their Clinical Solutions team. This role is pivotal in supporting the drug development process by leveraging advanced programming skills and a deep understanding of clinical data management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, validate, and maintain clinical databases using Medidata RAVE EDC.
- Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure accurate data capture and reporting.
- Implement programming best practices and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies and programming issues.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior programmers and team members.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficient in Medidata RAVE EDC and clinical programming languages.
- Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and data management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in clinical programming, specifically with Medidata RAVE EDC.
