The team is seeking a Senior Clinical Database Programmer to join their dynamic team. This role is pivotal in supporting the design, development, and maintenance of clinical databases for clinical trials. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical data management and programming, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement clinical databases using industry-standard tools.
- Collaborate with clinical teams to define data requirements and specifications.
- Perform programming and validation of data management applications.
- Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory guidelines.
- Conduct data quality checks and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Provide training and support to junior programmers and data management staff.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in clinical database programming or related roles.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as SAS, SQL, or R.
- Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and data management practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
