About this role
The team is seeking a Senior Clinical Analyst and Programmer to lead programming activities for various clinical data purposes. This role involves creating data listings for data review, Safety Review Listings, Centralized Monitoring Listings, and Reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, understand, and analyze requirements from the Data Management (DM) and Risk Based Study Management (RBSM) departments.
- Develop and implement programming solutions to meet the analytical needs within agreed timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Conduct quality control checks and validate programming outputs to ensure accuracy.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as SAS, R, or Python.
- Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and data management principles.
- Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in clinical data analysis and programming.
