The team is seeking a Senior Business Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across production, operations, recruitment, finance, and business strategy within the VFX and media industry. The ideal candidate will transform complex data into actionable insights, helping leadership optimize resource planning, project performance, and talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret complex datasets to provide insights that inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver relevant reports.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations to track key performance indicators.
- Identify trends and patterns in data to support business initiatives and improve operational efficiency.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in the VFX or media industry.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
