About this role
The team is seeking a Senior BIM Technical Support (Revit) professional, a VDC Specialist who utilizes digital modeling tools and workflows to enhance the planning, design, and execution of AEC projects. The ideal candidate will develop and sustain comprehensive 3D models across multiple fields, including MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing), structural, and architectural systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project teams to create and manage 3D models using Revit.
- Provide technical support and guidance on BIM processes and standards.
- Assist in the integration of AI and innovative technologies into project workflows.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in BIM execution.
- Conduct training sessions for team members on BIM tools and methodologies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to BIM software and workflows.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Revit and other BIM software tools.
- Strong understanding of AEC project workflows and processes.
- Experience with MEP, structural, and architectural modeling.
- Knowledge of AI applications in the AEC industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of experience in BIM support or related fields is required.
