The team is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer with expertise in TypeScript, Python, and C#. This is a remote position within a dynamic, people-first global community of senior engineers. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using TypeScript, Python, and C#.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner to ensure high performance and responsiveness.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in software development.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in backend development with TypeScript, Python, and C#.
- Proficiency in building RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for technology.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years in backend engineering or related field.
