Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems for payment processing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features.
- Optimize existing systems for performance and reliability.
- Ensure the security and compliance of payment transactions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production environments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in backend programming languages such as Java, Python, or Node.js.
- Experience with database management systems like PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
- Familiarity with cloud services, preferably AWS or Azure.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of payment processing systems and financial regulations is a plus.
Experience:
- A minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in backend development, preferably in the fintech sector.
