The team is seeking a highly experienced Senior Backend Engineer with a strong background in designing, developing, and optimizing large-scale distributed systems. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable backend systems that can handle high traffic and large data volumes.
- Optimize system performance and ensure fault tolerance and secure communication.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement system requirements.
- Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior engineers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production environments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of experience in backend development.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or Go.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
