Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain backend systems that support high-volume transactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code across various programming languages.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing backend systems.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in one or more backend programming languages such as Java, Python, or Go.
- Strong understanding of database management systems and data modeling.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with cloud services like AWS or Azure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for building scalable systems.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in backend development, with a proven track record in fintech or related industries.
